Fabric / Boom Repair Kit

Elastec/American Marine offers kits for repairing boom and tank fabric using hot air gun technology.

Hot air repairs may provide a longer lasting fix than using glue as the surfaces of the fabric are melted together - somewhat similar to when a boom is originally constructed. The method is the same whether you are working on a boom, portable tank, bladder or tarpaulin.

The kit includes: One hot air gun (110 or 220 volt) with nozzle, roller, repair fabric and instructions.

Please specify the volage you require when ordering plus the type of material that you would like to repair. We can supply repair fabric in PVC, Urethane and XR5.
